About the Job: 
We are seeking Experienced Mobile Phlebotomists and Medical Assistants to perform Paramedical Insurance Exams and Specialty Blood Draws as per Diem Independent Contractors. This role requires independent field work with strict adherence to insurance carrier protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

This per Diem Independent Contractor Role supports professional, accurate mobile paramedical exams and blood draws to applicants/patients in their local communities. Services fees after 30 day probation period average $25.00 to $50.00 depending on the services required. Compensation for exam services or specialty blood draws are based on a fee-per-case structure. Payments are processed twice monthly for your convenience.

Responsibilities include blood and urine specimen collection, accurate labelling and processing, centrifugation, manual vital signs, physical measurements, completion of health history questionnaires, and performing EKG's when required. Contractors are responsible for scheduling applicants, maintaining chain-of-custody, scanning and submitting electronic documentation, and preparing specimens for timely FedEx shipment to designated laboratories.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, including strong hand-stick skills.
  • Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Must be willing to travel a 20 mile radius from your home.
  • Must pass a background check and urine drug screening.
  • Must have Computer with internet access, printer, and cell phone.
  • Must have Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Required personal equipment:
    • BP cuffs (regular & large).
    • Stethoscope.
    • Scale (up to 360 lbs.).
    • Metal and cloth tape measures.
  • We provide blood and urine kits, centrifuge, and EKG machine.

This position is best suited for clinicians with strong venipuncture skills, including performing hand sticks if needed, who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working autonomously while meeting the accuracy and turnaround standards required for insurance underwriting and physicians/labs requesting specialty blood draws for patients. Ongoing training, procedural updates, and direct support are provided.
